Rollout Manager for NRP

Detailed description of work task to be carried out - Rollout strategy definition for the cloud migration program (both IT and Business)- Responsible for rollout execution & release management- Service Transition management & securing Operational Readiness- Risk Assessment and Risk management- Deployment planning and coordination- 3 days a week from office, location Gdansk or Warsaw   Must-have knowledge and experience - IT Project management and planning skills (5+ years)- Experience with application upgrade and data migration projects, including hands-on experience in using cutover planning tools- Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework- Understanding of technology solution architecture- Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Helix)- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail- Accountability, proactivity, and ability to quickly adapt and respond to change- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills- Highly proficient in spoken and written English- Flexibility: able to work sometimes evenings and weekends for the implementation of events / go lives that require execution outside of business hours   Nice-to-have knowledge and experience - Experience in banking / finance sectors is a clear benefit
