We are looking for a proactive and focused Project Manager to join our Customer Success & Support Team. As a Project Manager, you will own the scoping, kick-off, and preparation phase of Software as a Service implementation projects, actively support our solution engineering team in the implementation, and track the overall status of the project. You will be in direct contact with our new and existing customers across the globe and all FSM industries. Wymagania: Requirements: · Excellent verbal and written communication in both, English and German (C1). · Proven project management experience (2+ years of working experience, preferably in IT environments). · Hands-on experience in direct client communication and relationship management. · Experience with Microsoft Azure and Asana or similar software. · A solid understanding of Software as a Service Implementation Projects · A very well-focused and structured mind with the ability to quickly adapt and change course to meet changing project demands. · Passionate about working with international customers and comfortable working with complex topics and conflicting priorities. · Outstandingly collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams. Codzienne zadania: - Prepare and deliver project presentations, status updates, and project summaries for clients and our Internal teams. - Plan and coordinate team tasks in close collaboration with Team Leads and Software Engineers. - Estimate project timelines, expected workload, and implementation effort. - Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Collaborate with sales teams and support pre-sales discussions with clients. - Actively work on designing and improving our project management standards and templates. - Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential escalations. - Ensure open, transparent communication amongst project teams, the department, and the business.
