emagine is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner for one of its key account. Location : Paris Duration : >12 months Start : ASAP Remote : Hybrid Summary The Product Owner Salesforce is responsible for managing the end-to-end backlog and ensuring effective delivery of agent-driven journeys, while aligning business objectives with stakeholder priorities. Main Responsibilities: • Agentforce product ownership — manage backlog for agent-driven GO! journeys; execute sprint planning, set acceptance criteria, and definition of done • Design customer journey — develop campaign, churn prevention, and onboarding recovery flows; create UX specifications for customer interactions. • Prompt Builder & agent evaluation — specify, test, and iterate on agent prompts and evaluation with engineering. • KPI ownership — define success metrics for journeys; track conversion rates, resolution rates, and time-to-value for agents. • Stakeholder alignment — serve as a liaison between GO! business owners and IIT delivery squad on priorities and scope. • Agentforce feature roadmap — stay updated on Agentforce releases; propose new features to enhance the client outcomes. • Dependency management — coordinate with Data 360, MC Next, and MuleSoft to ensure proper sequencing in delivery. Key Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce product ownership or functional consulting. • Demonstrated experience with B2B SaaS or adtech environments. • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing sprints. Nice to Have: • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Experience in campaign design and customer journey mapping. • Familiarity with banking or finance sectors.
