SAP Implementation Project Manager – healthcare industry (f/m/x)

O projekcie: Join the team of one of our clients in the healthcare sector and play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP). As a SAP Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, acting as the project owner on the business and IT side while coordinating the external implementation partner to achieve the planned business goals. Wymagania: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in SAP implementation projects- Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, and budget management in SAP programs- Hands‑on experience working with external SAP implementation partners- Ability to work effectively with business and IT stakeholders- Good understanding of business processes supported by SAP- Experience in project risk and dependency management- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills- Fluent English and Polish, both spoken and written Nice to have requirements - Experience in the healthcare domain Codzienne zadania: - Lead the end‑to‑end SAP implementation project, acting as the project owner on the business and IT side - Define and manage the scope of the SAP implementation, including modules, customizations, and business processes - Create and execute the SAP project roadmap, covering testing phases, data migration, user training, and go‑live - Manage the project budget, including SAP licenses and external implementation services - Coordinate cooperation between the external SAP implementation partner, internal teams, and key business stakeholders - Identify and manage project dependencies and implementation risks, ensuring timely mitigation actions - Support the organization during the post‑go‑live phase
