SAP Project Lead/ Project Manager

Job Title: SAP Project Lead/ Project Manager Location (Remote, Onsite or Hybrid): Hybrid with 1-2 times per month for meetings (Lisboa, Braga or Coimbra) Contract Duration: 12+ months B2B contract. Rates: Not defined/ based on seniority and experience Introduction & Summary: We are seeking an SAP-Oriented Project Lead with strong project management experience in the infra managed services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a virtual team comprised of multiple stakeholders. Understanding of technical system parameters and experience in managing system migrations is essential. Main Responsibilities: Core Duties include: • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to meet objectives. • Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement. • Develop comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability. • Lead project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and strategies for success. • Oversee the end-to-end project management activities of assigned programs or services within a globally sourced delivery model. • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key project decisions. Key Requirements: • SAP-Understanding of technical system and migrations. • Strong project management experience. • Understanding of technical system parameters (e.g., IP ranges, network configurations, domain server names). • Experience in managing system migrations. • Proficient in communication, both verbal and written. • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment. • Client-facing experience. • Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management. • Background in Delivery Operations Control and Issue Management. Nice to Have: • Advanced proficiency in Risk Management. • Experience with enterprise software solutions for business operations.
