SAP Project Manger/ IT Delivery Lead

O projekcie: Devire Outsourcing IT is a form of partnership dedicated to self-employed IT specialist, executing projects for our Clients - leading IT Companies bringing innovations and newest resolutions to market. Currently for our Client - multinational professional services network, one of the "Big Four" consulting organizations - we are looking for SAP Project Manger/ IT Delivery Lead. - B2B contract - 100% remote - Rate: 200-240 PLN/h - Possibility to cooperate with an international company with a stable market position. Wymagania: - Min. 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, including SAP - Experience in SAP transformation projects (migrations, upgrades, integrations), with SAP S/4HANA as a plus - Strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution skills - Good understanding of SAP integrations and basic knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and IT security - Experience working with international and cross-functional teams - Very good command of English (min. C1) Nice to have: - Experience with SAP cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) and hosting strategies - Experience in global SAP rollouts - Knowledge of SAP FI/CO module - Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) - Very good command of German Codzienne zadania: - Lead end-to-end SAP transformation initiatives (S/4Hana, migration, upgrades, integrations) - Oversee SAP integration with external and enterprise systems - ensure alignment with infrastructure, networking, and sercirity standards - coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors) and ensure delivery governance - strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
