About the Project As a Scrum Master, you will support Agile teams in the finance/stock exchange industry, ensuring the adoption of Agile principles, facilitating Scrum events, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to optimize workflow efficiency. Wymagania: - At least 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master - Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools - Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills - Good command of English Nice to Have - Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry - Certifications such as PSM II, SAFe SM, or PMI-ACP - Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model) - Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices Codzienne zadania: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) - Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and best practices - Identify and remove impediments to team progress - Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to optimize backlog management - Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams
