Scrum Master

Nasze wymagania: Experience in Lean Agile leadership across large, complex, and distributed projects and teams. Strong leadership skills with experience measuring Agile delivery against Lean portfolio metrics. Solid backlog management and facilitation skills. Hands-on experience with JIRA configuration and administration. Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and customer-centric product delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills in Agile environments, both internal and external. Strong understanding of risk management, risk identification, and risk-based planning. Ability to motivate teams, recognize talent, and support individual growth. Knowledge of Gaming & Lottery platforms, CRM solutions, remote gaming integrations, and Data Protection is an advantage. O projekcie: At Pretius, we are looking for Scrum Master to a global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries project. Zakres obowiązków: Ensure Continuous Integration and Release processes are followed to support smooth software delivery. Drive process improvements and document team working agreements to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Proactively remove impediments and foster a productive working environment. Reinforce team standards, Agile best practices, and ways of working. Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and sprint outcomes. Facilitate Agile meetings, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Create and maintain JIRA workflows and processes.
