Scrum Master

At Pretius, we are looking for Scrum Master to a global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries project. Project / Role • Ensure Continuous Integration and Release processes are followed to support smooth software delivery. • Drive process improvements and document team working agreements to enhance efficiency and collaboration. • Proactively remove impediments and foster a productive working environment. • Reinforce team standards, Agile best practices, and ways of working. • Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and sprint outcomes. • Facilitate Agile meetings, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Create and maintain JIRA workflows and processes. • Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and scope alignment.   Requirements • Experience in Lean Agile leadership across large, complex, and distributed projects and teams. • Strong leadership skills with experience measuring Agile delivery against Lean portfolio metrics. • Solid backlog management and facilitation skills. • Hands-on experience with JIRA configuration and administration. • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and customer-centric product delivery. • Strong stakeholder management skills in Agile environments, both internal and external. • Strong understanding of risk management, risk identification, and risk-based planning. • Ability to motivate teams, recognize talent, and support individual growth. • Knowledge of Gaming & Lottery platforms, CRM solutions, remote gaming integrations, and Data Protection is an advantage.   What do we offer? • We focus on long-term relationships based on fair principles and reliability. • Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare. • Modern office available. • Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications.
