A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Scrum Master would be: • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups • Coach team members in Agile frameworks • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur • Help teams implement changes effectively • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it • Consulting support across PGCS sites to other project managers, or staff performing a Agile/PM function through project lifecycle • Present portfolio, project pipelines and inter-dependencies at IT PMO/portfolio forums • Engagement with Global PepsiCo Project Management Office and Planning/Strategy teams on new initiatives, policies and procedures, socializing and integrating those back into PGCS • Supporting Project Management Audit Controls Requirements: • Scrum Master qualification • Project Management qualification (PMI, PMP) • 5+ years of related Scrum Master experience, leading projects • Strong experience in Agile Project Management Methodology • Strong experienced in managing multiple projects, stakeholder management, presenting to leadership teams • Experience in coaching new Project Managers or IT staff in Agile methodologies • Experience in leading Project Quality Analysis for other projects, supporting other PMs/Managers (L8+) to resolve project quality issues • Experience in Project Management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Office 365 applications, Project & Portfolio tools) • Knowledge and technical understanding of IT Delivery projects • Strong analytical skills and attention to detai • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation skills • Good organizational and coordination skills So, are you ready to join our team?
