As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing complex IT initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services, and driving Agile culture within the organization. This role combines traditional project management and Agile leadership, requiring the flexibility to operate across different delivery models.

Wymagania:
- 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management (multi-module, enterprise-level)
- Proven expertise in managing hybrid delivery models (Project Management + Agile)
- Advanced certification in project management methodologies such as:
- PMI, Prince2, Agile, CCPM, or hybrid approaches
- Strong skills in managing risks, dependencies, and governance in large organizations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience as Scrum Master in large IT transformation projects
- Understanding of Scaled Agile Frameworks
- Practical experience in process improvement and governance initiatives

Codzienne zadania:
- Manage large and complex IT projects from initiation to closure
- Ensure project delivery within time, scope and budget, maintaining quality standards
- Oversee vendor cooperation for internal and external suppliers
- Identify and manage dependencies between projects and programs to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and IT
- Promote Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to maximize value delivery
- Foster team autonomy, accountability, and Agile mindset
- Facilitate Scrum events and support Product Owners in defining goals and refining backlog
- Remove impediments, address risks, and coach teams towards continuous improvement
- Drive efficiency within the team by analyzing performance and applying improvements
