Scrum Master

For a client from the industrial automation sector operating in multiple areas (including the military, pharmaceutical, and food industries), we are looking for a Scrum Master. This person will work on improving the effectiveness of engineering teams as well as on a project that is critical to the company. Key responsibilities • Organizing and conducting sprints • Monitoring development progress/sprints • Working to maximize team productivity, removing obstacles and introducing changes • Solving current problems, planning changes • Responsibility for risk management together with the development team Ideal candidate profile • At least 3 years of experience leading IT teams as a Scrum Master • Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Servant-leadership mindset • Experience in building and supporting self-organizing teams • Understanding of software development fundamentals, processes, and procedures • Experience in a technical role • Documented successes in implementing organizational or process changes • Very good knowledge of English, minimum level B2 Nice to have: • Scrum Master certification • Leadership experience (e.g., Team Lead, Product Owner) • Knowledge of critical thinking Conditions • Location: Katowice • Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office) • Form of cooperation: B2B • Salary: 100–115 PLN/h • Benefits: private healthcare, life insurance, subsidy for a sports card Recruitment steps • Initial call with a recruiter (15–20 min) • Interview with the manager (90 min) • Decision and feedback
