Scrum Master (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an international team responsible for delivering innovative solutions that enhance connected vehicle services, fleet management, and self-service mobility experiences. The team focuses on providing scalable, dynamic, and reliable solutions that enable users to deliver tailored customer services efficiently.
Your tasks
• Identifying, addressing, and removing impediments to ensure smooth team operations
• Creating an environment where squads can thrive and deliver high-quality results
• Applying Agile principles while providing pragmatic support to team members
• Establishing and maintaining structure within squads, including processes, workflows, and team rituals
• Understanding team needs and translating them into actionable steps
• Implementing agreed actions while continuously aligning with stakeholders
• Maintaining transparent and effective communication with fellow Scrum Masters
• Reporting team progress, achievements, and challenges to the Chapter Lead
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to identify and effectively remove impediments
• Experience in facilitating team dynamics and improving collaboration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in both Polish and English
• Currently residing in Poland
• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week
