Scrum Master We are looking for a Scrum Master on behalf of our client, a well-known and fast-growing technology company offering a stable, long-term project in a modern environment. 📍 Work mode: Gdynia (1 day per week) 📄 Contract: B2B Experience & Skills: • 10+ years’ experience in project or programme management, could have previous portfolio experience. • Hands on experience in leading medium to large scale projects, may be global or regional in scope. • Experience & understanding of entire system development lifecycle (requirements through to deployment). • Proven track record in directing and leading others, coordinating activities and providing encouragement and inspiration to help others succeed. • Demonstrate ability to define, scope and manage bounded areas of project work while supporting business and program management staff. • Experience in Scaled Agile Framework implementation/delivery. • Excellent written and oral communication skill. • Ability to prioritize effectively and work with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Patient, persistent, optimistic, self-motivated and determined; results driven and goal oriented. • Ability to challenge the status quo, influence and build structure from ambiguity. • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrates ability to manage risk and complexity of projects associated with projects requiring 10s of FTE (equivalent of full-time) staff, in multiple locations and project durations. • Deliver projects to support LSEG ability to achieve revenue targets in customer segments.
