Scrum Master : Gdynia, Poland (1 day weekly onsite)

Dear Consultant, We are currently looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join a long-term project in Gdynia, Poland (hybrid – 1 day per week onsite, 4 days remote). The role requires 10+ years of experience leading medium to large-scale projects, strong exposure to the full system development lifecycle, and hands-on delivery within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. You will be responsible for driving Agile delivery, managing risks and dependencies, leading distributed teams, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
