Scrum Master with French

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large, international organization and support software development teams working in a scaled Agile environment. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment • Fluent French (C1) and English (min. B2) • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps • Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong facilitation skills Nice to have: • SAFe certification (e.g. SAFe Scrum Master) • Experience in large, enterprise-scale organizations • Technical background or previous experience in software development teams Responsibilites: • You will act as a servant leader and coach, helping teams deliver high-quality solutions while continuously improving ways of working • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries • Your responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) • Support Agile transformation and promote Agile mindset across teams • Coach development teams and stakeholders on Scrum and SAFe practices • Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery • Ensure effective backlog management and collaboration with Product Owners • Drive continuous improvement and team maturity • Track and report team progress using Azure DevOps • Collaborate with stakeholders in an international, distributed environment What we offer: • Opportunity to work in a large, international environment • Exposure to modern Agile frameworks and enterprise-scale delivery • Flexible working model (remote / hybrid) • Collaborative and supportive work culture Additional information: Contract duration: 6 or 12 months (with the possibility of extension)
