Scrum Master (with German)

You have knowledge and practical experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). You know software development cycle. You are a person with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent German as a must. Your role In this role, you will be responsible for team’s effectiveness. Mainly act as a coach for the team, removing impediments and facilitate events. You will have real impact on team’s performance. Zakres obowiązków: You will act as a leader, role model supporting team and Product Owner. Develop self-management and interdisciplinary teamwork focusing on producing valuable elements, removing barriers and ensuring adherence to defined scrum ceremonies. You will be responsible for identifying team needs and provide needed support.
