Empower digital innovation — lead transformative Agile initiatives in a dynamic landscape! Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week). As a Senior Agile Lead – Digital Transformation & Automation, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to enhancing operational excellence through automation and innovative processes. In this role, you will spearhead agile practices within a newly formed technology POD dedicated to delivering open-source software solutions that drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities: • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent value delivery. • Coach teams on applying Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban) and promote best practices for process discipline. • Identify and resolve blockers by engaging the appropriate stakeholders, fostering an environment of seamless delivery. • Utilize metrics to monitor team health, optimize workflows, and support ongoing process enhancements. • Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers to refine backlogs and align deliverables with strategic goals. • Coordinate dependencies across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to streamline delivery pipelines. • Promote quality engineering practices, including automation, CI/CD, and adherence to definitions of done. • Foster psychological safety, ensuring every team member can contribute, challenge, and innovate. • Lead root-cause analysis sessions to address process issues at their core and implement sustainable improvements. • Map current workflows to identify waste, simplify handoffs, and standardize where beneficial, maintaining governance standards. • Drive the implementation of process improvements with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies. You're ideal for this role if you have: • 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery and process improvement within a technology or IT environment. • Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and software delivery lifecycles. • Extensive experience working with Jira and Confluence. • Proven ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and drive actionable improvements. • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. • Ability to balance Agile flexibility with necessary process discipline. • Familiarity with DevOps, Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe), or process automation is a plus. It is a strong plus if you have: • Certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent. Language Required for the role: • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
