Summary The Senior Business Consultant – Alternative Investments plays a pivotal role in delivering large-scale implementation projects, acting as a trusted advisor to institutional clients while contributing to the growth and maturity of the Alternative Investments service line. Responsibilities: • Take ownership of major workstreams within large-scale implementation projects related to Alternative Investments. • Understand client business models, requirements, and operational processes to translate them into optimal system and process solutions. • Act as a key client contact for all topics related to the Alternative Investments project stream. • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to drive delivery, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for additional value beyond the initial project scope. • Prepare detailed business and functional requirement specifications, including inputs for future product or platform enhancements. • Mentor and support less experienced consultants, helping to build team capabilities. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation best practices, methodologies, and standards. • Actively participate in international knowledge sharing and cross-project collaboration. Key Requirements: • A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Consultant within Alternative Investments, Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services Consulting. • Hands-on experience with investment management systems or financial software implementations. • Strong client-facing consulting skills with a commercial mindset and focus on high quality. • Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and maintain momentum in demanding project environments. • Excellent communication skills in English.
