Your main responsibilities: • You will be working on the development of selected categories i.e., Audio/Photo or SDA in a dynamic team and cross-functionally (contact with many internal departments within Allegro, from marketing to technology). • You will be responsible for the development and achievement of results of selected categories. • You will analyze the assortment and track online/offline trends to identify assortment gaps and category growth opportunities. • You will take responsibility for monitoring category performance in order to diagnose potential problems and propose solutions. • You will coordinate, from the category side, sales-supporting campaigns on the platform and co-create the annual event and activations calendar. • You will be responsible for developing cooperation with key brands to improve their results on Allegro. • You will lead projects in the business-technology area.   This is the right job for you if: • You have at least 3 years of experience in a position related to category management, product development on marketplace/e-commerce platforms, or experience as a Key Account Manager. • You know the specifics of the industry they are responsible for: solutions, manufacturers, brands, B2C and B2B specifics, and sales channels. • You understand the mechanisms of how online business, e-commerce works. • You have highly developed analytical skills and base their decisions on data. • You are able to plan and organize their work well and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • You proactively identify problems and recommend solutions. • You are focused on collaboration and business efficiency. • You know English (at least B1/B2). • You have presentation skills. • You are proficient at tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.  What we offer: - Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work. - Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results. - Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms). - A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers). - English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job. - A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings. - An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal. - Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy.
