Senior Change Manager

O projekcie: For our client, one of the Banking company we realize a recruitment process for Senior Change Manager role. Wymagania: - Over 5 years of experience within change and release management area  - Higher education level within IT or project management or other similar fields are prefered  - Having practical knowledge of project management and being an expert within managing and coordinating technology change on the project  - Ability to work on business analysis and change impact assessment  - Knowledge of banking sector and z/OS mainframe area Excellent communication skills  - Excellent English spoken and written as it is an international set-up Codzienne zadania: - Change management for business process and technical changes  - Coordinate and facilitate the changes required to be done by the application development teams  - Manage the change and release management processes as per the bank's internal processes and guidelines  - Coordinate the information sharing and upskilling related activities towards the relevant users
