Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 8 years of experience in change management within a corporate or consulting environment
Experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects for companies in the insurance sector
Hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
Proven track record in designing and executing communication strategies for transformation initiatives
Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
Open to work from the office 3 times a week
Residing in Poland required
Mile widziane:
Prosci or ADKAR certification or similar
Experience in transformations related to core system implementations
Knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies
Familiarity with Guidewire or EIS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a strategic transformation program at one of Poland's largest insurance organizations. The program is being executed on a large scale, involving multiple business and IT teams. The project encompasses the implementation of a new system and the transformation of business, operational, and technological processes. Zakres obowiązków:
Creating change management plans at the program level, aligned with strategic transformation goals
Assessing change-related risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies
Managing anticipated resistance by applying proactive and structured approaches
Driving the change management workstream using a recognized methodology
Contributing to the development of communication strategies for transition initiatives
Crafting content and guiding creative execution to deliver impactful, targeted messaging
Establishing and overseeing communication channels to ensure audience-specific engagement
Monitoring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables
Ensuring consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the organization
