Senior DORA Risk & Resilience Specialist

• Banking • B2B up to 190 zł/h netto + VAT • Hybrid in Warsaw - 3 days per week in the office Main Responsibilities As a Senior SME, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the business's ICT risk management and resilience strategies are robust and effective. Your core responsibilities will include: • Identify, assess, and document business and operational functions along with their end-to-end value chains, including data assets and ICT dependencies. • Assess criticality of functions; conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs). • Contribute to creating business and ICT continuity and recovery plans. • Support the design and implementation of ICT risk and resilience controls. • Collaborate with business, IT, and Crisis Management stakeholders. • Analyze and interpret regulatory DORA requirements and related technical standards. Key Requirements • Extensive experience in ICT risk management. • Proven skills in business and ICT continuity and recovery planning. • Strong understanding of the ICT environment within a business context. • Experience in conducting BIAs. Nice to Have • Proactive and execution-oriented mindset. • Adaptable and comfortable in agile environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Structured and analytical thinking ability. • Consulting background preferred. • Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are an advantage.
