Senior ERP Project Leader / ERP Program Manager

Netherlands | Hybrid (±3 days on-site) | Long-term program (18–24 months) We are seeking a Senior ERP Project Leader / ERP Program Manager to spearhead a strategic ERP implementation program within an international organization. This initiative marks the inaugural deployment of Odoo ERP within the group, targeting a European entity based in the Netherlands. The program encompasses a sophisticated IT landscape integrating 15–20 interfaced applications, necessitating robust coordination across multiple European teams. The implementation strategy will utilize a direct delivery model, involving an internal Odoo team alongside selected external partners. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, managing scope, timeline, quality, and budget. • Define and maintain the overall project roadmap. • Ensure functional and technical consistency across ERP modules (sales, purchasing, finance) and integrated systems. • Coordinate stakeholders including business teams, IT teams, the Odoo team, and external vendors. • Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders. • Lead project governance, including project and steering committees. • Manage key challenges such as data migration, product master data management, and system integrations. • Ensure business continuity during the transformation. Key Requirements • 15+ years of experience leading ERP programs or complex ERP implementations. • Proven experience managing multi-application IT environments. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. • Experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution environments is a plus. • Strong analytical mindset and ability to challenge proposed solutions. Languages • Fluent English. • French is strongly preferred. • Dutch is a plus. This role reports to the ERP Program Leadership and requires a highly autonomous senior professional capable of managing a complex international ERP transformation.
