Period from: 2026-05-15 Period to: 2027-06-30Location: On-site in Stockholm 4 days a week Utilization: 100 %, full-time Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Global Network Hardware LCM activity We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager with deep experience in network-related initiatives to lead a large-scale global replacement of network hardware. The scope includes routers, switches, and surrounding network solutions across a significant part of a global IT landscape. This assignment suits a senior, confident project leader who can simplify complexity, create structure, and drive execution in close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. About the Role As Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up of a global network hardware replacement program. You will drive the initiative from scope definition and roadmap to delivery, handover, and lessons learned, ensuring high quality, minimal business disruption, and alignment with technical and business requirements. You will work in a complex, international environment with multiple stakeholders, network specialists, architects, operations teams, and vendors. Key Responsibilities Planning & Definition • Define project scope, objectives, delivery plans, and milestones for global network hardware replacement • Establish rollout plans across regions/sites • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies in a complex infrastructure environment Stakeholder & Change Management • Identify and manage global and local stakeholders • Ensure clear communication regarding scope, timelines, risks, and business impact • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors Execution • Lead and drive replacement of network hardware (routers, switches, and related solutions) • Ensure delivery according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements • Manage changes, deviations, and escalations in a structured and proactive way Budget & Resource Management • Plan and secure internal and external resources • Optimize resource utilization in collaboration with technical leads and suppliers Value Monitoring & Reporting • Track KPIs, progress, risks, and dependencies • Report status to steering groups and key stakeholders • Deliver post-project documentation, lessons learned, and improvement proposals Leadership & Collaboration • Lead project teams with clarity, inclusiveness, and accountability • Foster strong collaboration in cross-functional and multicultural teams • Communicate complex technical topics in a clear and effective way
