Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager

O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care - Co-financing for the sports card - Constant support of dedicated consultant - Employee referral program Wymagania: - Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, including delivery of IT infrastructure migration projects with strict deadlines - Strong understanding of network infrastructure design, enterprise network devices (switches, routers, access points), and office IT environments - Experience with data center or server room setup and relocation, including basic capacity planning for technical spaces - Solid knowledge of business continuity, secure infrastructure migrations, and general cyber security requirements in enterprise environments - Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Network, Data Center, Security) and working with both technical and business stakeholders - Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) - Experience with IT service decommissioning, equipment relocation, and operational readiness activities (including CMDB and service catalog updates) - General understanding of monitoring systems and infrastructure dependencies Nice to have: - Experience in financial services or collaboration with Nordic organizations - Knowledge of European data protection and security regulations - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum - Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) - Experience with enterprise telephony, collaboration tools, and workplace technology migrations - Familiarity with ITSM tools, monitoring systems, and asset management platforms - Experience with large-scale office consolidation projects - Ability to work under pressure in business-critical environments, including after-hours activities - Additional Nordic language skills (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) Codzienne zadania: - Plan and execute the deinstallation of network infrastructure from the closing office while ensuring business continuity - Support the design and implementation of network infrastructure across new office floors - Define technical room requirements, including capacity planning and infrastructure needs - Coordinate infrastructure build activities with Network, Data Center, and Security teams - Oversee the implementation of network and security infrastructure in new locations - Conduct site inspections and technical assessments of office spaces - Manage relocation of network equipment and server room setup - Collaborate with Cyber Security and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and readiness - Ensure operational readiness, including CMDB updates, service catalog updates, and decommissioning of legacy systems - Coordinate migration of workplace technology, meeting room equipment, and printer fleet
