Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month) As a Senior IT Program Manager – Digital Banking Projects, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the online banking sector undergoing a continuous digital transformation. You will be an essential part of the IT Delivery Office, overseeing strategic retail business initiatives across multiple IT structures, known as "boxes." In this role, you will collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure transparency, consistency, and successful delivery. Your mission will be to monitor, guide, and optimize delivery processes, proactively ensuring the timely delivery of products across various IT teams in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
