Senior IT Project Manager

O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across diverse business areas. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring objectives are met in terms of scope, quality, and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams, driving progress, and ensuring successful delivery. Wymagania: - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in business application development area- Experience in working closely with software development teams- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Fluent English and Polish Soft Skills: - Open communication and strong interpersonal abilities- Negotiation and decision-making skills under pressure- Proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes Nice to have: - Experience in finance, banking, or corporate IT- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP- Experience working on system integrations or enterprise migrations Codzienne zadania: - Lead projects from initiation to closure with full accountability for outcomes - Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively - Align project goals with business strategy and technical capabilities - Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability - Support pre-sales activities by helping to shape project scopes and delivery plans
