You'll lead complex, multi-team software delivery projects, mentor colleagues, represent the company with clients, and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities: • Manage software development projects end-to-end - from scoping and planning through to handover to Operations - in an agile way • Ensure strategic alignment with organizational objectives and business value • Manage resources, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies across projects • Act as support and backup for the Product Owner - develop a thorough understanding of the customer's problem and expectations, and help identify the best solution • Document and clarify customer requirements • Communicate clear expectations to team members regarding priorities and project context • Organize and lead meetings with the customer to present progress, clarify open points, and plan next steps • Manage the interface with business clients and their stakeholders to build strong, lasting relationships • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and issues proactively • Proactively raise issues when obstacles arise - at individual, team, or cross-team level, and collaborate to find solutions • Support and lead cross-team and cross-project improvement initiatives • Continuously deepen understanding of the business domain and the technical solutions used • Mentor team members and support other teams or projects • Investigate new technologies and ways of working; share insights with the team, project, or organization • Demonstrate a broad understanding of the business context across the technology organization • Represent the company in client interactions; actively support efforts to win new customers or grow existing relationships • Facilitate agile practices and promote a culture of adaptability and continuous learning Our requirements: • 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software development projects handled with an Agile framework, with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Demonstrated track record of managing projects with significant budget and cross-functional scope • Deep expertise in agile methodologies; ability to coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches • Experience in stakeholder management at executive/ C-level • Proven mentoring and leadership experience within a PM team • Proficiency with project management toolsets: Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc. • Strong business understanding - ability to align project delivery with strategic organizational goals • Experience collaborating with subcontractors and external partners in a delivery context • Fluency in English (written and spoken); confident in international client-facing contexts Nice to have: • Active interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies - you follow trends and experiment • PMP, Prince2, or SAFe certification • Experience in CAPEX investment projects • Background in technical or engineering domains • Experience representing a company in business development or pre-sales What we offer: • 👨‍🎓 Our tailor-made development program "LevelUp!" and training program "Skill Forge" • 🏠 Home office budget • 📌 Flexible hybrid work model • 🆒 Work on international projects and a cross-functional environment • 🏅 Multisport card • 🩺 Private medical care • 🚊 Public transport compensation • 💵 Employee referral program • 👌 Team lunches, great events, integrations and much more ✨ Recruitment process: • 📞 Phone screening (30 minutes) • 🤝 Interview (1–2 hours)
