Senior IT Project Manager

Wymagania: Must have skills: - PMI certification (CAMP or preferred PMP)- Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery- Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects- Experience in IT transformation / integration projects- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills And understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, like: - Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions- Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring- Endpoint Protection- Security Monitoring- Vulnerability management, Security baselines- Identity & Access Management (IAM)- Network Security- Azure Cloud Architecture Nice to have skills: - Experience in financial sector is a plus Codzienne zadania: - Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains - Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders) - Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the project - Apply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance) - Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate - Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security - Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements - Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders
