Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 7 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects within banking or major financial institutions.
Proven expertise in software development project lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Significant experience with migration, transformation, or system modernization projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (minimum B2 level).
Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and the MS Office suite.
High autonomy, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
Mile widziane:
Certifications such as PMI, Agile, or PRINCE2.
Experience coordinating collaboration between back-end and front-end teams for mobile applications.

Zakres obowiązków:
Lead the decomposition and phased decommissioning of core banking systems to enable migration to modern architecture.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to achieve project milestones and maintain high-quality standards.
Manage project scope, timelines, and risks to deliver results within budget and schedule.
Develop detailed project plans using Jira, MS Project, and MS Office to track progress and communicate updates.
Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation phases in alignment with business and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with standards such as PMI, Agile, or PRINCE2, and implement best practices in project management.
Communicate effectively and negotiate successfully with diverse stakeholders, maintaining high engagement levels.
Drive decision-making under pressure, maintaining focus on project goals and outcomes.
