Senior IT Project Manager (m/k)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery • Define project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Monitor risks, issues, and scope changes • Ensure quality and compliance of project outputs • Coordinate with stakeholders and lead project teams • Organize workshops, meetings, and reporting • Oversee resource allocation and team performance Requirements • Minimum 9 years of experience in IT and project management • At least 4 years as a Project Manager in IT implementations • Experience delivering full lifecycle IT projects • Strong background in business analysis & requirements definition • Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) • Fluent English (C1 level with certified) Nice to Have • Experience with Agile methodologies • Familiarity with ITIL processes • Knowledge of software quality standards • Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration Soft Skills • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • High adaptability and proactive mindset • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
