Senior IT Project / Program Manager

Our Client is an international technology organization delivering advanced IT solutions for highly regulated industries, operating globally and running large-scale, complex projects. The project focuses on leading strategic IT initiatives, including ERP migration and transformation programs, delivered in an international environment. We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project / Program Manager who will lead complex end-to-end projects, act as a trusted business partner, and effectively connect technology goals with stakeholder needs. WORK MODE: 100% remoteWHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? • Managing the full lifecycle of complex IT projects and programs – from planning and execution to delivery, covering scope, schedule, quality, risks, and budget • Leading strategic ERP initiatives, including migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, coordinating technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution • Coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment • Proactively identifying risks, process gaps, and potential issues, and proposing and implementing effective solutions • Ensuring timely delivery of milestones and project outcomes in line with agreed objectives • Preparing and managing project artifacts such as reports, dashboards, documentation, and management status updates • Supporting project budget management and ensuring alignment with program objectives WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 10 years of experience managing technical IT projects or programs • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms • Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams • Fluent English (working in an international environment) • Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and problem-solving abilities Nice-to-have: • Experience in ERP migration projects, especially SAP ECC → SAP S/4HANA • Experience working on projects in highly regulated industries • Ability to work with management reports and project dashboards WHY IS IT WORTH IT? • 100% remote work with real collaboration in international teams • Participation in long-term, strategic IT projects with large scale and high business impact • High level of decision-making autonomy and real influence on the shape of delivered initiatives • Direct involvement in ERP migration programs, shaping the future architecture of critical business systems • Project stability and a mature work culture based on partnership and trust • Opportunities for further growth in program and portfolio management Thank you for all applications!
