Nasze wymagania:
At least 4 years of experience in project management within the financial industry.
Proven expertise in managing credit and mortgage loan processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and portfolio coordination.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in Polish (spoken and written).
Good command of English for communication within international teams.
Mile widziane:
Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
Experience working with financial software and systems.

Zakres obowiązków:
Lead and manage end-to-end credit and mortgage project portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence.
Coordinate and align project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve shared objectives.
Develop, monitor, and optimize project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet key milestones.
Implement and maintain Agile methodologies to improve project flexibility and team productivity.
Analyze project data to identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and results effectively to executive stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative team environment supporting professional development and innovation.
