Zakres obowiązków: Facilitate workshops and internal meetings to promote agile principles and effective collaboration. Gather and clarify requirements for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate workload distribution among team members to optimize efficiency. Support teams in adopting and improving agile practices, coaching on Scrum and other methodologies. Monitor project progress, removing obstacles and ensuring timely deliveries. Promote continuous improvement initiatives within teams and stakeholders. Maintain clear and precise communication across all levels of the organization.
