Senior PM IT

Our Client is a well-established organization delivering complex, organization-wide initiatives, including strategic IT projects. Due to further growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery in a dynamic business and technology environment. Working mode: Poznan - once per week in the office  Your responsibilities • End-to-end ownership of projects across all delivery phases • Coordination and supervision of cross-functional project teams (Business & IT) • Oversight of analytical and discovery phases • Managing cooperation with external vendors and project risks • Preparing and maintaining full project documentation • Reporting project progress in line with internal standards • Budget planning and control • Co-creating and improving effective project management processes within the organization Our requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in independent project management, including IT projects • Proven track record in delivering complex, organization-wide initiatives • Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery models • Ability to build and coordinate project governance structures, including steering committees at board level • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw clear, actionable conclusions • Excellent self-organization, independence and attention to detail • Proactive and creative problem-solving mindset • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ease in building professional relationships • Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence What we offer • Participation in high-impact, strategic projects • Real influence on project standards and organizational processes • Professional, collaborative working environment • Long-term cooperation and development opportunities 📌 Please note: we will contact selected candidates only.
