O projekcie: Senior PMO / Governance Expert B2B | Hybrid work from Kraków | start ASAP We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO / Governance Expert to support Programme and Project Managers in ensuring effective programme-level governance and delivery of key initiatives. Wymagania: - Extensive experience in a senior PMO and/or governance role at programme level - Strong understanding of programme and project management practices - Hands-on experience with Jira and project tracking tools - Excellent presentation development and editing skills - Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work proactively and independently in a complex environment Nice to Have: - Experience working in international or matrix organisations - Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2, etc.) - Experience using AI-enabled tools to support project delivery Codzienne zadania: - Provide programme-level governance support to Programme and Project Managers - Develop, edit, and enhance management and status presentations - Review and edit meeting minutes, including Zoom AI–generated notes - Proactively manage Jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking of milestones, risks, and dependencies - Interpret L1 milestone guidance and translate it into clear, actionable plans - Collaborate closely with Project Managers to develop robust milestone definitions and business benefit statements - Ensure clear, consistent communication and high-quality reporting across the programme - Requirements:
