Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model As a Senior Practice Lead – Engineering Transformation & Maturity, you will be working for our client, a global leader committed to advancing engineering practices and driving transformation initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling continuous improvement, fostering engineering excellence, and supporting cross-domain collaboration to elevate organizational maturity. This is a unique chance to influence strategic change and grow your leadership impact in a dynamic environment. Your main responsibilities: • Lead and support engineering transformation initiatives by coordinating efforts across multiple domains. • Liaise with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups to align standards and practices. • Analyze engineering data insights to inform decisions and generate comprehensive status reports. • Provide strategic recommendations for ongoing improvements and advancing engineering maturity. • Collaborate with engineering communities to design skill development programs and career pathways. • Ensure consistency in standards and practices across Infrastructure, Data, Platforms, Cyber, and Business Technology teams. You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering coordination, transformation programs, or infrastructure projects. • Strong engineering mindset with experience across diverse technology stacks. • Proven ability to manage and coordinate initiatives across multiple domains. • Expertise in analyzing engineering data and deriving actionable insights. • Experience in transformational change and continuous improvement methodologies. • Good understanding of engineering standards and practices applicable across software, operations, and infrastructure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with steering and working groups. It is a strong plus if you have: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Familiarity with industry best practices for engineering maturity, standards, and infrastructure components.
