Senior Procurement Partner

emagine is seeking a Senior Procurement Partner for an interim assignment within a global organization undergoing a significant procurement transformation. This role will play a key part in structuring and centralizing the Professional Services category, transitioning from a decentralized approach to a more strategic and standardized procurement model. Start: 2026-08-10 Duration: 7 months (until February 2027) Location: Stockholm (hybrid, 2–3 days onsite) Key Responsibilities • Lead the transformation of the Professional Services category (e.g. HR, Finance, Consulting), including strategy development and implementation of a centralized sourcing model • Drive end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, contract negotiations, and establishment of framework agreements • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting adoption of new procurement processes • Manage additional categories such as End-User Compute, with potential involvement in broader IT procurement areas • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and governance across procurement activities Required Experience & Competence • 7–10+ years of experience within strategic procurement • Strong background in Professional Services procurement (consulting experience is highly valued) • Proven track record in procurement transformation and building structured sourcing frameworks • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Experience with IT procurement and/or ERP/P2P systems is considered an advantage Profile We are looking for a proactive and results-driven consultant with a strong ability to drive change, build structure, and deliver tangible outcomes within a defined timeframe.
