Our vision is to move beyond static intranets to a world where every employee is supported by intelligent, role-based AI agents that can "do" as well as "know." 🚀 Product Challenges & Priorities : - You will be the architect of our "Agentic" transformation, focusing on three core pillars: - Effortless Agent Experience: You will be in charge of creating an experience for employees by providing effortless access to the right agent, in the flow of work, moving from simple chat interfaces to proactive, multi-modal assistance. - Scale the Agent Studio: Transform a builder into an intuitive, no-code studio that allows IT managers or even citizen developers to architect and deploy sophisticated automation and high-impact AI workflows. - Enterprise Ecosystem Connectivity: Oversee how our agents seamlessly integrate with the broader enterprise landscape—including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other critical business tools —to perform complex actions on behalf of users. - Trust & Governance: Lead the strategy on AI safety, monitoring, and permissions within the platform. 🤝 Who You’ll Work With You’ll join a rich, multicultural product organization. You will be part of the AI Tribe, a highly experienced group organized into three distinct Product Teams focused on key strategic areas: - Empower: Dedicated to the Agent Platform (your core focus). - Search and Knowledge: Focusing on Search Engines and RAG. - Analytics and Insight: Managing the Data Lake and BI. This is a highly strategic role where you will collaborate daily with: Joanny, your future manager and Director of Product for AI & Search. A dedicated and experienced team of AI Engineers and Frontend Engineers, led by Stefan, your Engineering Manager. Product Experience Designers (PX) focused on the future of AI interaction. Wymagania: - Senior Product Leadership: 5+ years of experience as a PM in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of handling highly exposed, mission-critical products. We are looking for a seasoned PM who combines deep AI expertise with rigorous product methodology—someone who prioritizes customer value and scalability over AI hype. - AI Native DNA: Proven experience building AI-powered products (RAG, Chatbots, Agentic frameworks, or LLM-based features). - Analytics & Data-Driven Spirit: Ability to navigate analytics, spot problems, and take decisions or defend positions backed by data. - Studio & No-Code Mastery: You have either built or worked extensively as a power user with "Studio-like" environments, workflow orchestrators, or no-code platforms. Most importantly, you know how to make the complex feel simple—translating sophisticated technical logic into an intuitive and seamless experience. - Fluent English: We operate in an international environment across multiple time zones. 🌟 Bonus Points - Experience with Enterprise Integration Platforms (iPaaS) or API-first products. - A background in Search or Knowledge Management. - Fluency in French and/or German and/or Polish. Codzienne zadania: - As the Senior PM for the Agent Platform, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our two flagship AI products: Agent Hub: The user-facing interface where employees discover and interact with role-based AI agents tailored to their specific job functions. Agent Studio: The powerful, low-code/no-code environment where admins and developers build, configure, and deploy these agents, connecting them safely to enterprise systems. - - Set the 12-18 month roadmap for how LumApps becomes an orchestrator of AI agents. - Discovery & Delivery: Conduct deep discovery with Enterprise customers to identify opportunities where AI can drive radical productivity. - You will move beyond solving simple pain points to deploying agents that bring measurable efficiency and new ways of working to the organization. - Product Evangelism: Act as the internal and external "face" of our Agent strategy, explaining the "why" to Sales, Marketing, and key customers. - Market Knowledge & AI Passion: Stay at the bleeding edge of the AI landscape (LLM benchmarks, Agentic frameworks, startups, new moves, and industry best practices) to keep LumApps ahead of the market.
