The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself. The Senior Product Owner for Customer 360 leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of HEINEKEN’s global customer data foundation & customer lifecycle management capability. This includes CRM backoffice, Customer Hub (CLM + MDM), and the Customer 360 services that expose consistent customer profiles, lifecycle events, and identifiers across all digital touchpoints.     Your responsibilities would include: • defining and executing product strategy, roadmap, and valuing proposition aligned with our RTC strategy and following the DBB foundations • using data and analytics to monitor platform performance within your specific domain, customer behaviour, and adoption. Partnering closely with the Value Measurement & CX team to define and track business outcomes. Implementing OKRs and a robust KPI framework to steer priorities and effectiveness consistently across markets. Including quality and data in the definitions of done • owning the end-to-end product lifecycle within a specific domain/set of features, from ideation to deployment and optimisation. Optimising feature roadmap intake and embrace best practices while actively contributing • leading and empowering cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Working closely with design, engineering, experimentation, and business-facing stakeholders, as well as customers, to build business cases and roadmaps that deliver value to Heineken • managing direct reports, including BAs and POs • working across stakeholders (product, opco, region, etc.) to plan sprints, including deciding on sprint content and priorities. Managing dependencies and cross‑portfolio collaboration, including trade-offs (time vs effort vs features vs value) • maintaining and refining the Product Backlog at feature level with a focus on maximising reusability between Operating companies, driving the backlog and prioritising based on aligned value best practices and guidelines • championing change management and stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement • planning sprints, manage dependencies, and drive cross‑portfolio collaboration • collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, MtC process teams, and D&T teams to optimise customer and user journeys • communicating expectations, business impacts, and emerging user needs to teams and stakeholders.     You are a good candidate if you have: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in business or engineering) • 8+ years in digital product management, preferably in data-heavy or CRM/MDM platforms, ideally customer‑data centric  • deep understanding of the digital product lifecycle and omnichannel strategy • experience with data analytics tools and leading large-scale change • strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • flexible mindset and willingness to take on challenges • expertise in digital commerce platforms • agile leadership and stakeholder management experience • excellent communication and collaboration abilities.   Preferred: • additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management • experience in digital commerce, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies • digital transformation experience, preferably mplementing or migrating to CRM and Customer 360 platforms, CDPs, or digital identity solutions  • commercial value chain expertise.
