Apply now and let’s get verified!   What we need from you: • At least 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role. • Experience in conducting the discovery process. • A strong interest in and readiness to implement and utilize AI tools to optimize your daily workflows and product delivery. • Demonstrated use of best practices that serve as a reference for others and set quality standards. • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1+ level). • Eagerness to develop your skills, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and new learnings, with a strong "I can learn this" attitude. • Being a team player focused on getting things done. • Working experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. • Experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniques. • Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes. • Strong intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they solve client problems. • Ability to focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply, and extract the most important insights. Your daily life in HTD will be focusing around: • Analyzing, gathering, and documenting business and functional requirements, including Product Vision, Roadmap, and Product Backlog. • Leveraging AI tools and modern methodologies to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and stay ahead of industry trends. • Collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams across all phases of the product development lifecycle (scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, QA, and deployment) to deliver high-quality products. • Prioritizing the Product Backlog by assessing value, developing business cases, and aligning stories, epics, and themes with product strategy to maximize impact. • Ensuring the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders are met while fostering transparency across all parties. • Staying informed about Agile/Scrum best practices and emerging trends in product management to drive continuous improvement.
