We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO to support global technology initiatives and provide critical oversight of project financials, reporting, and governance processes. Codzienne zadania: - Track, maintain, and report on project financial data, including actuals, accruals, and forecasts. - Perform forecast vs. actual spend analysis and prepare month-end commentary for business stakeholders. - Monitor and report on financial standing versus project deliveries, ensuring timely updates of system feeds. - Manage day-to-day PMO activities and respond to ad-hoc requests. - Support resource and portfolio management, including recruitment and team ramp-up. - Collect, collate, and process status updates from stakeholders. - Maintain and update process documents and information sources. - Coordinate regular project and programme-level reporting. - Monitor risks and issues related to project finance and ensure timely resolution.
