Senior Project Management Officer | Banking

As a Senior Project Finance & Reporting Analyst – Banking Technology, you will be working for our client, a leading international banking technology provider dedicated to transforming financial services through innovative solutions. Your role will focus on managing project finance data, ensuring accuracy, and enabling strategic financial insights that power global banking operations. Your main responsibilities: • Liaise across Finance, PMO, Delivery, Engineering, and Business teams worldwide to ensure seamless data flow and system integration. • Track, maintain, and report project finance data with precision; conduct deep-dive analyses and system feeds. • Ensure timely and accurate submission of actuals, accruals, and forecasts, maintaining high data quality standards. • Perform forecast versus actual spend analysis; prepare detailed month-end commentary for stakeholders. • Monitor and update system feeds related to financial data; support resource and portfolio management activities. • Manage ad-hoc requests, coordinate risk and issue monitoring, and support recruitment and onboarding efforts. • Maintain process documentation and facilitate regular project and programme reporting to ensure transparency and alignment. You're ideal for this role if you have: • 4+ years of experience in Project Management Office or related functions. • Strong communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English. • Proven expertise in project management reporting including finance, costs, progress, and RAID analysis. • Positive, detail-oriented mindset with a proactive 'can-do' attitude. • Proficiency in data analysis and familiar with platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity. It is a strong plus if you have: • Certifications in project management or finance. Language Required for the role: • Fluent English competent in both spoken and written communication.
