The Finance Treasury Data Quality Remediation team is responsible for fixing key data quality issues across Liquidity, IRRBB, Stress Testing, Collateral and Markets Treasury — both the long-term ones and the quick wins. What's in it for you? - Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks - Stable, long-term projects - Hybrid work (2 days per week from the office in Cracow) and flexible working hours - Working with modern IT technologies - Growth and development opportunities with the possibility to move between projects - Private healthcare and multisport card - Referral program, free parking and company events Wymagania: - 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, delivering large and complex global change initiatives - Strong background in financial environments and complex systems landscapes - Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with a clear focus on outcomes and solutions - Extensive stakeholder management experience, from executive level to delivery teams, with clear and effective communication - Experience working with onshore and offshore teams in a remote setup - Hands-on experience with Agile delivery in project and product environments - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with experience working in a global matrix organization Codzienne zadania: - Own delivery of priority data remediation activities, making sure key commitments are met on time - Drive adherence to internal data management processes and standards across the full issue lifecycle - Ensure data quality issues are clearly captured and described from a business and regulatory reporting perspective - Coordinate handovers to upstream IT teams, providing clear scope, priorities and acceptance expectations - Oversee solution testing and validation, confirming issues are fully resolved and evidence meets stakeholder expectations - Work closely with Finance, Change and upstream IT teams to plan releases, testing and dependencies against programme milestones
