The client provides financial solutions for automotive brands Key details: Location: hybrid work – 3 days/week from an office in downtown Warsaw Rate: 110–145 PLN/hour net + VAT Job type: B2B contract Duration: initial contract until 12/31/2026 + possible extensions Recruitment process: 2 stages English: B2/B2+ Luxmed, MultiSport, equipment provided by the client Responsibilities: • Managing complex projects while maintaining high quality standards • Delegating tasks and managing project teams • Knowledge of the full project lifecycle: initiation → planning → execution → stabilization → closure • Risk management and creating project plans • Preparing and presenting materials for management • Good work organization, independence, multitasking • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships • Knowledge of project budgeting and accounting • Experience in modeling and optimizing business processes • Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence Additionally: 5 years of experience, max. 1 month’s notice, work during standard Polish business hours Project Overview: • Planning and coordinating project execution at all stages—from initiation to closure • Managing the project team: delegating tasks, planning resources, monitoring progress • Overseeing scope, schedule, risks, changes, and project communication • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors • Preparing reports and materials for management and presenting project results • Maintaining project documentation, including meeting notes and status reports • Analyzing project data (progress, risks, milestones, finances) and generating management reports Hays Poland sp. z o.o. is an employment agency registered in a registry kept by Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship under the number 361.
