O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care - Co-financing for the sports card - Constant support of dedicated consultant - Employee referral program Wymagania: - 3 years of experience in project coordination, IT projects, or banking/financial services - Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies - Experience or working knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), preferably Microsoft MFA and security solutions - Experience with Agile delivery and IT service management concepts - Familiarity with change management and security-related projects - Experience with JIRA or similar tools - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to coordinate and support IT and security projects in a structured environment - Very good command of English, both spoken and written Codzienne zadania: - Support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and compliance-related projects within a banking environment - Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution - Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards - Support project governance and ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with IT teams on projects related to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), including implementation, upgrades, and optimization - Assist in troubleshooting and coordinating resolution of technical and security-related issues - Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Risk, Compliance, Business units) - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates - Support communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
