Senior Project Manager

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Project Manager Responsibilities: • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and compliance-related projects within a banking environment • Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards • Support project governance and ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with IT teams on projects related to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), including implementation, upgrades, and optimization • Assist in troubleshooting and coordinating resolution of technical and security-related issues • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Risk, Compliance, Business units) • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates • Support communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle   Requirements: • 3 years of experience in project coordination, IT projects, or banking/financial services • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies • Experience or working knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), preferably Microsoft MFA and security solutions • Experience with Agile delivery and IT service management concepts • Familiarity with change management and security-related projects • Experience with JIRA or similar tools • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to coordinate and support IT and security projects in a structured environment • Very good command of English, both spoken and written   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
