Senior Project Manager

O projekcie: We are seeking a motivated Senior PM with technical background and preferably hands on experience in Multi- Factor Authentication ( MFA), regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. this role is ideal for someone early in their project manager career who can bridge the gap between busines needs and technical execution within a banking environment. Wymagania: - 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within banking or financial services - Proven track record of delivering complex IT and Security projects at scale - Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) - Hands-on experience with or strong knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions - Experience working with tools such as JIRA (or similar project tracking tools) - Solid understanding of IT Service Management and project governance practices - Strong experience in stakeholder management, including senior/executive level - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Codzienne zadania: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and Security projects end-to-end - Own project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery - Act as a Delivery Lead, driving accountability across cross-functional teams - Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to internal standards and best practices - Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies - Define and oversee project documentation, status reporting, and executive dashboards - Provide clear and structured updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders - Ensure transparency and alignment across all project phases - Partner closely with IT and Security teams on initiatives involving MFA implementation, upgrades, and optimization - Provide leadership in resolving complex technical and security-related challenges - Ensure projects align with enterprise security standards and compliance requirements - Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business units - Lead cross-functional coordination and drive alignment between competing priorities - Facilitate executive-level meetings, steering committees, and decision-making forums - Act as the main point of contact for project communication
