Senior Project Manager

O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP implementations, ideally within finance transformation environments. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, coordinate multiple IT and business teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in driving structured project methodologies and documentation standards. Familiar with large-scale enterprise environments and end-to-end SAP solution delivery. Wymagania: - Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale SAP implementations - Strong background in managing cross-functional IT projects, preferably in finance-related environments - Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable project plans across multiple teams - Experience working with diverse IT domains such as functional, technical, integration, and infrastructure teams - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Familiarity with structured project delivery methodologies and documentation practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced, international enterprise environment - SAP project experience in regulated or large corporate settings is highly desirable Codzienne zadania: - Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP-based projects within a complex enterprise environment - Coordinate multiple functional and technical teams to ensure alignment, integration, and timely delivery - Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams - Facilitate collaboration between business and IT stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions - Ensure adherence to project governance standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements - Support effective stakeholder management and communication at various organizational levels - Monitor progress and proactively address issues to maintain project momentum and quality
